After months of testing and data logging, we are happy to introduce our DIY (Do It Yourself) 6.7L Powerstroke 55% over injection pump barrel and plunger kit. You will have to remove your injection pump in order to change the barrels and plungers. We have tested these on the 6.7L Powerstroke injection pumps, with a 2.6 pulse width tune and this pump never dropped any rail pressure. Please note: this set up can also be ran on stock tuning.

This kit includes the barrels, plungers, bolts, hats, and o-rings. There will be a $200 core charge, you must return your old complete barrels, plungers, and hats.

This kit will fit:

The 2011-2014 injection pump
The 2015-2016 injection pump
The 2017-2019 injection pump

I put this kit in a 2022 pump in my 17 and it has been flawless for 20k plus miles. I have heard alot of negative reviews but I have to say I am a diesel mechanic and when I did this I saw many ways people could get in trouble installing this. This is one of the reasons I used the 22 pump because it has pinned lifter buckets. I’m not saying their hasn’t been legit issues with these but I know I have been doing this for 18years for a living and I would not recommend attempting this if you don’t know what your doing.

I installed them into my stock pump on my truck and have had no issues. I installed them back in 2021

    Do not buy

I had this installed by a reputable shop in my area and the truck idled for 10 mins and the cp4 destroyed itself with a brand new pump.

Absolute garbage - this blew my CP4

DO NOT BUY THIS! Warren has had MANY issues with these in the past. It is beyond me why they would start selling these again.

I put one of these in my truck a while back and it blew the CP4. Followed the instructions exactly. I've heard so many other horror stories as well.

Go buy an Exergy and be done with it.
