These injectors will require aftermarket lift pump and/or regulated return to ensure the proper fuel is supplied to the injectors.

We remanufacture all internal mating surfaces, inspect all pieces of the injector, replace defective parts, and test each solenoid. Every o-ring in and on the injector is replaced. Every injector we remanufacture is flow tested on our in house flow bench. Each injector has 4 tests that it has to pass before being shipped out to you.

Don’t let them set!

Great injectors, fantastic response. Only problem I’m facing is I let these set in my house for almost two years after purchasing because I was building a engine for my truck and it took a while to save up to pay for everything. New block, heads, up pipes, ficm, every single thing on the engine is brand new. However, I’ve had it running for about a month now. Been easy on it because I want to let everything break in and what not. Today I fired it up and let it warm up. Jumped into the truck and it had a miss on cylinder one. Hooked up my scantool. Had a contribution/balance on 1. Did an injector key on click test. Found cylinder 1 injector was doing nothing. Plugged in a substitute and found the old injector clicks correctly. I’m sure the warranty is done for considering it’s been about two years. But hopefully may get some assistance on getting a new one over to Me. No it’s not installed incorrectly. No I did not do anything wrong installing them. Like I said. Brand new block and every single piece on the engine. No it’s not the harness. No it’s not the ficm. It’s just the injector. I have a few people who have also experienced this issue with Warren. Hope to be in contact soon.
